We offer an exchange/refund policy for online purchases made provided the product is returned to our Returns Department within 28 days of receipt of your online order.

14 Day Legal Right to change your mind. For most products bought online, over the telephone, by exchange of email or by mail order known as distance sales you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the product and receive a refund or exchange.

Returning your product because it has a fault. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of the purchase, please return along with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we’ll replace or repair the product in situ with terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

When does the BAD GAMES LIMITED returns policy apply Online? We offer a 28 day right to a refund or exchange the product/products.

The product must be returned within 28 days of the delivery,

You have a valid proof of purchase such as an online despatch note.

The product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unused). Please note hardware or accessories purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspection but not used at all.

The product is in its original packaging and is sealed.

If you are returning a Console or Controller the serial number must match the one on your purchase.

The product or digital content has not become inseparably mixed with other items after their purchase.

The product is complete and contains all module parts as when purchased. Items purchased as part of a combined product, for example a combined hardware/games product can only be returned if all items in the combined product are returned together.

The product is still re-sellable.

Products bought as part of bundle deals including 3 for 2, hardware and software packs will be subject to the following if returned separately:

It will result in the full price being charged for other items in the offer. Your refund will be accordingly adjusted. This will include digital and download copies of games.

When returning hardware, all the components such as cables, memory sticks, controllers, etc must be returned.

The customer must be the original purchaser of the product.

Who will pay the costs of a return? We will pay the costs of return if:

The products and/or digital content are misdescribed or faulty.

If you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the products. An error in pricing or description has occurred. A delay in delivery due to events outside of our control or for legal reasons because we have done something incorrectly.

In all other circumstances, including changing your mind on the products (within 14 days) you must pay postage if you wish to return.

How we will refund your Online purchase? We refund you the price you paid for the products and/or digital content, including applicable outward delivery costs by the method you have used for payment. We may make deductions from the price as described below:

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling of them in a way which would not be permitted.

We may reduce your refund where you fail to return each component part (mentioned above) and take into account of the reduction in value caused by any damage or missing pieces.

If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and afterwards discover you have unacceptably handled them, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method available that we offer.

14 day right to change your mind

The 14 day right to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have 14 calendar days to return digital content after the day we email you to confirm we accept your order: once you start downloading. If we deliver the digital content to you straight away, and you agree to this when you are ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind.

If you have purchased your item online you will have 14 calendar days after the day you receives the products, unless your products are split into multiple deliveries over separate days.

If digital content purchased online which we deliver to you and  you have started to download and you agree and consent to the immediate performance of the contract and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download has begun item;

Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products and/or digital content have been unsealed after you receive them, although hardware or accessories that are purchased online may be opened for the purpose of inspecting, but can not used.

Products or digital content which become mixed inseparably with other items after the delivery of these products.
